Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes Four New Associates

We are pleased to announce that Amir Torabi, Carlye Bellavia, Davia Wang, and Patricia Good have joined the firm as associates effective immediately.

Amir joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and completed his articles with the firm in 2017. During his articles, Amir completed a secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. Amir is a contributor to the Canadian Greenscape (www.canadiangreenscape.ca) which provides a snapshot of the legal cannabis industry in Canada. He also founded the You Can Play Project’s Young Professionals Network, which has raised $20,000 for the project to date.

Carlye joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016/2017. During law school, Carlye received the David L. Johnston Prize in Securities Regulation for the highest standing in a securities law course. Prior to law school, Carlye worked as a consultant with IBM in their Global Business Services sector. 

Davia joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016/2017. During law school, Davia was a Division Leader in the Administrative Law Division of the Community and Legal Aid Services Program and a Student Ambassador. Davia received the Dominic Carinci Memorial Prize for achieving high standing in both business associations and real estate law courses. Prior to law school, Davia worked as a capital market risk analyst with TD Securities. Davia is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and has passed Level II of the CFA exam.

Patricia joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016/2017, during which time she completed a secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. At law school, Patricia was the Second Year Social Representative for the Social Committee and was also on the Graduation Committee. Patricia received the Hugh G. Doyle Memorial Prize for the highest standing in a family law course.
