Jeff’s practice focuses in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law. Jeff has experience representing issuers, investment dealers, private equity firms and other investors in a wide variety of capital markets and M&A transactions. He regularly advises clients on both public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, across a broad section of industries, including cannabis, mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, biotech and technology sectors.
Jeff’s M&A experience includes advising clients in respect of take-over bids, arrangements and joint ventures and also includes advising clients in connection with going-public transactions such as qualifying transactions and reverse take-overs through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Jeff also regularly advises clients on private M&A transactions. In the course of his practice, Jeff also routinely advises public companies with respect to continuous disclosure and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce in 2011, Jeff was an associate in the Securities and M&A Group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.
