Through our Wildlaw University or simply 'Wildlaw U' seminar program and our regular "Lunch & Learn" sessions, we are committed to providing a regular regime of legal continuing professional development (CPD) and skills-based training to our team of legal professionals. Once a month, the entire Wildeboer Dellelce legal team attends Wildlaw U. Sessions include a wide range of intermediate to advanced legal topics as well as sessions to enhance the business, financial and sector-specific acumen of our team of professionals.
Leveraging our many years of experience in delivering legal education in-house as well as at conferences and in other public forums, we have developed a syllabus of presentations covering a number of business law areas including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder activism, commercial real estate and lending. These are offered to clients and held either at their own premises or at our offices. Clients can choose from our off-the-shelf legal CPD courses or we can tailor a course to meet a client's specific requirements.
Lawyers practising within Ontario can receive CPD credit for attending a Wildlaw U program, where applicable. Wildeboer Dellelce LLP has been approved as an Accredited Provider of Professionalism Content by The Law Society of Upper Canada, and a number of our programs contain Professionalism Content. Please note that we do not provide CPD certificates as all CPD activities should be self-reported.
