Masstech Acquired by FPE Capital and Merges with Software Generation

FPE Capital, a leading UK-based growth equity investor, concurrently acquired all of the outstanding shares of Masstech Innovations Inc. and Software Generation Limited effective May 26, 2017. Masstech and SGL were subsequently merged to become broadcast and media industry’s largest provider of solutions for managing the lifecycle of valuable media assets.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Covington Fund II Inc. and the other shareholders in connection with the sale of Masstech with a team that included Troy Pocaluyko, Danny Kharazmi and Davia Wang.
