Pacific Exploration & Production Corp. Completes Restructuring Transaction
Pacific Exploration & Production Corp. (“Pacific”) today completed a comprehensive restructuring transaction pursuant to a plan of compromise and arrangement under the Companies’ Creditors and Arrangement Act (Canada). Pursuant to the restructuring transaction, Pacific’s common shares have been conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the symbol “PEN”.
GMP Securities L.P. (“GMP”) acted as sponsor to Pacific in connection with the listing of its common shares on the TSX.
