TouchBistro Completes Series D Funding
TouchBistro has raised $72 million in a Series D financing round led by OMERS Ventures and JPMorgan Chase. The round also included participation from existing investors, including BDC IT Venture Fund, Napier Park Financial Partners, Recruit Holdings, BDC IT Venture Fund, and Relay Ventures. TouchBistro provides iPad point-of-sale (POS) solutions for the food and drink industry, including full service restaurants, quick service restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops and bars.
Troy Pocaluyko of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for BDC IT Venture Fund in connection with the financing.
