The firm’s partnership with the Hennick Centre for Business and Law at York University and Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic has been recognized by the Council of Ontario Universities in its list, “50 ways universities are partnering with employers.” The report showcases a list of Ontario universities and its partnerships with different industries, organizations and communities. These partnerships prepare students for the workplace, drive research and innovation, create jobs and help the economy grow.
About Wildeboer Dellelce and Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic
The Osgoode Venture Capital Clinical Project (OVC) provides legal services to entrepreneurial ventures in finance and equity structuring. Osgoode students work as Caseworkers directly with lawyers from our firm in providing legal advice to students. Our lawyers provide training and supervision throughout the fall and winter terms to students. Students will develop an understanding of corporate finance and gain experience in client communication and consultation, drafting legal agreements, employment matters, technology and operational matters.
