Julianne Cerelli
Overview
Julianne is a law clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Department of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP and has over 10 years experience as a law clerk. She focuses on a variety of commercial real estate transactions with particular emphasis on commercial purchases, sales and financings.
Julianne’s duties include preparing detailed title memorandums and addressing potential issues, preparing off-title summary reports, reviewing corporate due diligence searches, drafting conveyancing, security and corporate documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, liaising with clients, solicitors, financial institutions and municipal offices, reviewing and revising closing documentation, preparation and registration of electronic documents, attending to all closing matters and reporting.
Julianne has been involved in various transactions including financings, acquisitions and dispositions of multi-residential properties, office and industrial properties and vacant land.
