Hannah Dodick

Hannah is an associate practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Hannah first joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and articled with the firm in 2021-2022.

Hannah earned a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law at the University of Detroit Mercy. She obtained Honours in a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.

While in law school, Hannah served as the president of the Windsor Fashion Law Society, assumed a mentorship role to first-year law students as part of the Peer Mentorship Program and participated as a committee member in the annual Movember initiatives. In Michigan, Hannah worked with clients in the Trademark and Entrepreneur Clinic and held an externship position at the Michigan Department of Civil Rights.

Outside of law, Hannah’s interests include music, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
