Victoria Everett practises in the firm’s Debt Products group. She routinely acts as counsel to various foreign and domestic credit providers and corporate borrowers, in the context of a wide range of sophisticated debt financing transactions. Her practice has a particular emphasis on asset-based lending, loan syndications, acquisition finance, cross-border finance and intercreditor arrangements.
Victoria holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics (International Trade Specialization) from the University of Waterloo and obtained her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School. At law school, Victoria was awarded the Raphael Partners LLP prize in Tort Law. Victoria is called to the Bars of Ontario (2006), England & Wales (2009), and New York (2011).
Victoria serves on the Board of Directors of the Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara Region.
Victoria is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the New York State Bar Association, and the Law Society of England and Wales.
