Lisa develops the firm's knowledge management and professional development strategies and initiatives to benefit both the legal professionals at the firm and their clients. As part of her responsibilities, Lisa is an active member of several firm committees including the Student Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.
Lisa joined Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in 2005 after articling and working as an associate at a major, full-service Ottawa-based law firm. Prior to taking on her current role as Director, Knowledge Management and Professional Development, Lisa was an associate in the firm’s Debt Products group. Before joining the Debt Products group, Lisa practised at the firm in the areas of Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate/Commercial law.
Lisa's years of practice have given her insight into the practice tools, resources and learning and development needs of legal professionals.
Lisa acted as a Vice Chair for the NALP Canadian Section Mid-Winter Meeting Working Group in 2018.
