Lisa is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's knowledge management initiatives and strategies around professional development activities to benefit both the legal professionals at the firm and their clients. As part of her responsibilities, Lisa is an active member of several firm committees including the Student Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.
Lisa joined Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in 2005 after articling and practising as an associate in the corporate department of a full-service law firm in Ottawa. Prior to taking on her current role as Director, Knowledge Management and Professional Development, Lisa practised at the firm as an associate in the areas of Debt Products, Corporate Finance and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate and Commercial law.
Lisa's years of practice have given her insight into the practice tools, resources and learning and development needs of legal professionals.
Lisa is the firm’s representative at meetings of the Law Firm Diversity and Inclusion Network. She is also an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and acted as a Vice Chair for the NALP Canadian Section Mid-Winter Meeting Working Group in 2018.
