Victoria Everett practises in the firm’s Debt Products Group.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Victoria practised with the Financial Services Group at a large, national service firm where she worked primarily in the area of banking and financial services and public-private infrastructure projects. She routinely acts as counsel to various foreign and domestic financial institutions and other credit providers, in the context of a wide range of sophisticated debt financing transactions.
Victoria holds a BA (Hons.) in Economics (International Trade Specialization) from the University of Waterloo and has her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School. At law school, Victoria was awarded the Raphael Partners LLP prize in Tort Law. Victoria was called to the Bars of Ontario in 2006, England & Wales in 2009, and New York in 2011.
Victoria is a Director of the Learning Disability Association of Niagara Region (LDANR).
Victoria is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association. In addition, she is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.
