Lori-Ann joins the firm as Strategic Business Advisor.
Lori-Ann is a retired Partner of PwC Canada, where she held a variety of leadership positions including Compliance and Ethics Leader, National Forensic Services Leader, a member of PwC’s Deals Leadership Team, National Real Estate Leader and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer.
Lori-Ann is a recognized leader in the areas of regulatory compliance, ethics, governance and risk management and has over 35 years of professional experience working with a variety of finance and operational teams. She specializes in the real estate industry working primarily with a variety of real estate investment trust (REIT) leadership teams in Canada and is a trusted advisor to many of the REIT executive management teams.
Lori-Ann also works closely with Boards bringing her risk, compliance, finance, business and governance expertise to these Boards. She is a Board and Committee member of Slate Office REIT, Metro Inc., Brookfield Real Estate Income Trust Inc., and Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. She is also a Director of Cboe Canada, a private company.
She volunteers as a member of the Dean’s Council of the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University and Chair of the Accounting Program of George Brown College.
In 2023, Lori-Ann and Wildeboer Dellelce co-founded the Board Diversity Network, a networking and board-readiness educational program for diverse executives.
Lori-Ann holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a FCPA, FCA.
