Sarim earned a Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. While in law school, Sarim was actively involved with the Business Law Speakers Committee. Beyond the classroom, Sarim assisted with establishing a mentorship program for the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association. Prior to law school, Sarim worked in a marketing agency in a sales and business development role. Outside of law, Sarim is continuing to pursue his interest in finance and investment management, having completed the Canadian Securities Course, Investment Funds in Canada, and Islamic Finance Qualification courses. Sarim’s other interests include travelling and supporting Toronto’s professional sports teams.

Colin earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (with distinction) from Concordia University. While at the University of Toronto, Colin volunteered with Downtown Legal Services’ Tenant Duty Counsel Assistance Program, where he helped with client outreach and intake at Toronto’s Landlord Tenant Board, and was a working group member at the David Asper Centre, where he helped draft a submission to the Department of Justice on the retention and use of personal information in national security matters. Colin held editorial positions with both the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and the Journal of Law and Equality as well as working as a Research Assistant for several professors during his time at school. He was awarded the Blake, Cassels & Graydon Taxation Prize for taking the highest place in taxation law and and presented his research on the applicability of Canada’s taxation regime to streaming services at the University of British Columbia’s Interdisciplinary Legal Studies Graduate Student Conference. Outside of law, Colin’s interests include playing and watching sports, travelling, and reading and watching classic books and movies.

Natalie earned a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University. During her time in law school, Natalie co-created and organized the Ottawa Law Classic, raising approximately $25,000 in two years for Do It For Daron, an Ottawa youth mental health charity. She also sat on the Faculty’s English Program Assembly as a student representative and was an active member of the University of Ottawa’s Ukrainian Students’ Club. During her final year at law school, Natalie spent a semester studying abroad at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Outside of law, Natalie’s interests include watching and playing sports, painting and cooking.

Sarah earned a Juris Doctor (with distinction) from the Faculty of Law at Western University, where she was a recipient of the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize. Prior to law school, she studied Psychology and obtained a general Bachelor of Arts degree (with high distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she was the recipient of the Alumni Bronze Medal. Prior to law school, she was a research assistant to a professor in the Faculty of Science at Wilfrid Laurier University, assisting in the administration of cognitive neuroscience and collective cognition experiments. During law school, she served as a co-chair of the Orientation Committee, as well as the executive graphic designer for both the Yearbook Committee and the Gender and the Law Association. She participated in various advocacy competitions throughout law school and was one of four students representing Western Law in the province-wide Winkler Class Action Moot. Outside of law, Sarah’s interests include the visual arts, playing soccer, and travelling.
