Red Pine Exploration Inc. Completes Private Placement

Red Pine Exploration Inc. (“Red Pine”) completed a brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) of flow-through units and non-flow through units on December 18, 2013 for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,600,000. IBK Capital Corp. acted as broker on the offering.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Red Pine in connection with the Offering with a team that included Al Wiens, Ellen Tannous and Ethan Cole (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
