DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. Completes $43 Million Bought Deal

DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (TSX:DRT) completed a bought deal prospectus offering of 5,175,000 common shares at a price of $8.35 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $43 million. The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd. and including National Bank Financial Inc., Cormark Securities Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., Beacon Securities Limited and Haywood Securities Inc.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the underwriters with a team that included Derek Sigel, Julie Anderson, Luigi Valente, Jessica Allan and Lara Wharton (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
