Sprout Wellness Completes Venture Capital Financing

Canadian technology-based wellness company, Sprout Wellness Solutions Inc., completed a venture capital financing of convertible secured debentures to TELUS Ventures and an affiliate of the U.S. startup accelerator Techstars for an undisclosed amount.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP advised Sprout in connection with the venture financing with a team consisting of Perry Dellelce, Jeff Hergott and Eric Karrandjas (corporate/securities) and Steve Vasilevski (debt products).
