HIVE Blockchain Technologies Completes $30 Million Bought Deal Private Placement

HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (TSX.V: HIVE) (the “Company”) completed a bought deal private placement of a total of 20,000,000 common shares (“Shares”) at a price of $1.50 per Share for gross proceeds of $30 million (the “Offering”). The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to finance the acquisition of additional cryptocurrency mining equipment located in Reykjanes, Iceland and for general working capital purposes. The Offering was completed with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and included Haywood Securities Inc., Eventus Capital Corp. and PI Financial Corp. (collectively, the “Underwriters”).
