Iron Compass Proxy Solicitation

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Iron Compass LLC in connection with its proxy solicitation for the 2018 annual meeting of DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (TSX: DRT), and the subsequent settlement between Iron Compass and DIRTT regarding the election of DIRTT’s board at that meeting.
