JCP Investment Management, LLC Proxy Solicitation

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as co-counsel for JCP Investment Management, LLC in connection with its proxy solicitation for the 2018 annual meeting of Crius Energy Trust (TSX: KWH), and the subsequent settlement between JCP and Crius regarding the election of the board of directors of Crius Energy Administrator Inc. and certain governance initiatives proposed by JCP for Crius.
