Framework Venture Partners completes investment in Daisy Intelligence Inc.

Framework Venture Partners Fund I LP completed a $3.5 million investment in Daisy Intelligence Inc., an AI-powered platform for the retail and insurance industries which analyzes an organization’s transactions in order to optimize its merchandise planning and risk management decisions. The Series A round was led by Framework with participation from Europe-based Sonae IM, the technology investment arm of Sonae Group.

Framework is a venture capital fund focused on supporting rapidly scaling AI and fintech companies in Canada raising equity to accelerate global growth.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted on behalf of the Fund in connection with the investment with a team that consisted of Troy Pocaluyko, Julie Anderson, Joel Fraser and Julian Lupo.
