CannaGlobal Acquires ByMinistry, Sansero Life Sciences and Rise Wellness

CannaGlobal Canada Co. Inc., a diversified holding company, has acquired Mocanna Inc. (d/b/a byMinistry), Sansero Life Sciences Inc., and Rise Wellness to create a global psychedelics leader focused on psilocybin and other natural compounds to promote emotional, mental, and physical wellness.
