FlipGive Inc. Completes Convertible Note Financing

FlipGive Inc., a web-based fundraising platform for youth sports teams across North America that partners with national brands to provide cash back from purchases made through its platform, completed a $1.5 million secured convertible note financing pursuant to BDC’s COVID-19 bridge financing program.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted on behalf of Framework Venture Partners, a venture capital fund focused on supporting rapidly scaling AI and fintech companies, and iGan Partners, in connection with their investment in the convertible notes with a team comprised of Troy Pocaluyko and Ragu Anantharajah.
