TRU Precious Metals Completes Purchase of Stony Lake Property

TRU Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: TRU) has completed the indirect acquisition of a mineral license for the Stony Lake exploration property in Central Newfoundland, along with all related permits and technical data, in exchange for 3,350,000 TRU common shares.

TRU is a TSXV-listed investment issuer that has assembled a portfolio of gold exploration properties in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt.
