Framework Venture Partners Leads $3 Million Seed Financing for CarDoor

Framework Venture Partners (“Framework”) led a Series Seed Preferred Share financing that raised $3 million for CarDoor, Canada’s fastest-growing online car retailing platform. The net proceeds of the financing will be used to expand CarDoor’s online platform and reach across Canada.

Framework is a venture capital fund focused on supporting rapidly scaling AI and fintech companies in Canada raising equity to accelerate global growth.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Framework in connection with the financing with a team comprised of Troy Pocaluyko, Ragu Anantharajah and Sarim Ali (corporate/securities).
