Knowledge First Financial Completes Sale of Heritage Education Funds International
Knowledge First Foundation, which in conjunction with its wholly-owned subsidiary Knowledge First Financial Inc., is a leading Canadian investment fund manager, administrator and distributor of Registered Education Savings Plans, with approximately $6.7 billion in assets under management and a sales force of more than 1,200 licensed representatives, completed the sale of Heritage Education Funds International Inc. and the transfer of Heritage International Scholarship Trust Foundation to Proven Investments Limited.
