Sangoma Technologies Corporation Completes Acquisition of StarBlue Inc. dba Star2Star Communications

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV:STC) a trusted leader in delivering cloud-based Communications-as-a-Service (“CaaS”) solutions, completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of StarBlue Inc. (dba Star2Star Communications) (the “Acquisition”) for approximately CAD$587 million, consisting of approximately CAD$129 million in cash and an aggregate of 110 million common shares of Sangoma.

The Acquisition received the approval of Sangoma shareholders at a special meeting of shareholders held on March 29, 2021.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian legal counsel to Sangoma in connection with the Acquisition with a team comprised of Charlie Malone, Ragu Anantharajah and Julian Lupo (corporate/securities and mergers and acquisitions).
