December 13, 2022Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ: FLGC), a leading all-outdoor cultivator, manufacturer and distributor of global cannabis products and brands, completed a US$5 million registered direct offering of units (consisting of shares and warrants). A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as the sole placement agent for the offering.
