Miraculo Inc. Acquired by Trees Corporation

Miraculo Inc., an integrated media, technology and consumer product company in the medical cannabis and CBD markets, has been successfully acquired by Trees Corporation (NEO:TREE), a premier Canadian cannabis retailer. The acquisition was effected by way of a three-cornered amalgamation whereby a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trees amalgamated with Miraculo and Trees acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Miraculo.

As part of the acquisition, Michael Klein, former Chief Executive Officer of Miraculo, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Trees.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Miraculo in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Perry Dellelce, Michael Rennie and Julian Lupo (securities, mergers and acquisitions).
