Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian counsel for Voss Capital, LLC (“Voss”) in connection with its campaign for board representation at Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV: TBRD) (“Thunderbird”) which resulted in a cooperation agreement between Voss and Thunderbird. Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, two nominees of Voss were appointed to Thunderbird’s six-member board. The cooperation agreement also provides for the appointment of an additional director to Thunderbird’s board, selected by Thunderbird from a list of candidates determined by Voss.
