HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. Launches Updated At-the-Market Equity Program

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (TSX.V: HIVE) (Nasdaq:HIVE) (FSE: YO0.F) (“HIVE”) launched an updated “at-the-market” equity program (the “ATM Program”) allowing for the sale of up to US$200,000,000 of its common shares. Sales under the ATM Program will be made through a syndicate of agents led by Stifel, along with Canaccord Genuity, Roth Canada, B. Riley Securities, and Northland Capital Markets (collectively, the “Agents”).
