The Trendlines Group Ltd. Completes Private Placement Debenture Offering

The Trendlines Group Ltd. completed a private placement offering of debentures for gross proceeds of $2,316,000. The offering was led by Octagon Capital Corporation.

Wildeboer Dellelce acted for Octagon in connection with the offering with a team that included Robert Fonn, Al Wiens, Michael Rennie, Gordon Cassie (corporate/securities), James Padwick (debt products) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
