The Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic (OVC) provides free legal services to early-stage entrepreneurial ventures in the financing and equity structuring stages of growth. Osgoode JD students provide legal services to OVC clients, under the direct supervision of lawyers from Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
