• Representing music artists and producers in record label transactions, master and synchronization licenses and composer agreements.
• Advising celebrities and companies on sponsorship and endorsement transactions.
• Supporting the legal needs of hospitality and live entertainment businesses.
• Providing legal support for film, television, commercial and digital media production.

In 2023, Wildeboer Dellelce LLP became the Official Legal Services Partner of Canada Basketball. Under this partnership, we act as its legal counsel, providing pro bono legal services to Canada Basketball and select BIPOC-owned businesses within the Canadian basketball community.

In 2026, Wildeboer Dellelce LLP was also selected as Canada Soccer’s preferred legal partner through 2028 and, as part of the partnership, the firm joined the Canada Soccer Foundation’s Captains Council. Under this partnership, the firm provides legal services in support of both Canada Soccer and the Canada Soccer Foundation.
