Our lawyers handle end-to-end legal aspects of commercial and multi-residential real estate projects. These include acquisitions, dispositions, infrastructure, joint ventures, property development, commercial leasing and financings.

Representing both private and public sector interests, we work with developers, owners and managers, landlords, tenants, contractors, consortiums, leading financial institutions, investment dealers and intermediaries, governments, government agencies and crown corporations.

Commercial mortgage transactions for major institutional, syndicated and alternative lenders
Acting for alternative mortgage lender, Tribecca Finance Corporation, and its related group of companies on acquisition, refinance and construction mortgage financings throughout Ontario
Negotiating all commercial real estate related agreements, including agreements of purchase and sale and leases
Advising on land development related matters with a team approach alongside a team of other professionals, from land acquisition, planning approvals, construction related financing and take out financing
Purchases and sales of office buildings, shopping centres, industrial parks, multi- residential buildings, hotels, mixed-use properties, vacant lands, manufactured housing communities and portfolios of properties
Joint venture formation, structuring transactions, restructurings, real estate syndications, loan syndications, co-tenancy agreements, general partnership and limited partnership agreements
