Marcus Hinkley brings over a decade of experience in corporate law, advising Canadian and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity investments and foreign investment matters.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, he practised with major international law firms, where he developed significant experience negotiating and coordinating complex cross-border transactions, advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
His deep expertise includes working with clients across life sciences, technology, professional services, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Originally from England, Marcus trained and began his legal career internationally before continuing his practice in Toronto. His international background and cross-border experience enable him to deliver pragmatic Canadian guidance while maintaining a broader global perspective.
Marcus’ expertise extends beyond transactional work, encompassing corporate reorganizations, foreign investment matters and general corporate and commercial advice.
