Alison Sinclair

As Director, Law Clerks and Practice Support at the firm, Alison brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate law and legal operations, along with a genuine passion for supporting people and building strong, collaborative teams. She provides strategic leadership, training and hands-on guidance to law clerks across all practice areas, helping ensure the delivery of thoughtful, efficient and business focused legal services. Known for her practical mindset and calm approach to complex matters, Alison is a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues navigating transactions, governance and compliance.

Alison is a well respected leader in the paraprofessional community and a strong advocate for professional growth and knowledge sharing. She has served multiple terms in senior leadership roles with the International Practice Management Association (IPMA), including as a Director and Vice President, Trends & Positions, and has contributed extensively through committee leadership, including as Co Chair of the IPMA Awards Committee. Alison remains actively involved with IPMA as a member, committee participant and through the Central Canada Chapter and is a longstanding member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). She takes particular pride in mentoring and supporting emerging professionals.
