Overview

Amin (he/him) is an articling student at the firm for the 2026-2027 term and a seasoned technology executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of Big 4 management consulting experience spanning cyber risk management, privacy, cloud security, digital forensics, emerging technologies, including AI/ML, quantum computing, cryptocurrency, DeFi and blockchain and executive-level leadership.

 

Amin brings deep multidisciplinary expertise across highly regulated sectors, including aviation, healthcare, financial services, federal and provincial governments, energy and utilities, retail and telecommunications.

 

Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Amin led major cyber, cloud, data, and privacy initiatives for global organizations. His experience includes serving as interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a Canadian cooperative bank and advising boards and senior leadership teams on risk, governance, compliance, and strategic technology adoption.

 

Amin has also provided litigation and investigative support to law firms, most notably through a high-profile crypto exchange fraud investigation, complex data breaches, regulatory compliance matters, and ransomware incidents. He also co-led a cyber crisis joint venture with a global law firm supporting organizations across the TSX 100.

 

Amin is an APMG-certified artificial intelligence trainer and provides advisory services in machine learning, artificial intelligence, Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized finance, including smart contract risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and cryptocurrency exchange operations.

 

Amin holds a Global Professional Master of Laws in Innovation, Law and Technology from the University of Toronto, a Master of Laws in Canadian Law from the University of Toronto, and an Applied Data Science specialization from Columbia University, complementing his extensive industry certifications and professional credentials.
