Amin Lalji
Overview
Amin (he/him) is a seasoned technology executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of Big 4 management consulting experience spanning cyber risk management, privacy, cloud security, digital forensics, emerging technologies (AI/M, DeFi and Blockchain), and executive level leadership.
Amin brings deep multidisciplinary expertise across highly regulated sectors, including aviation, healthcare, financial services, federal and provincial governments, energy and utilities, retail, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, Amin led major cyber, cloud, data, and privacy initiatives for global organizations, including serving as interim CISO for a Canadian cooperative bank and advising boards and senior leadership teams on risk, governance, compliance, and strategic technology adoption.
Amin’s experience also includes providing litigation support to law firms, most notably through a high profile crypto exchange fraud investigation, complex data breach, regulatory compliance, ransomware matters, and co leading a cyber crisis joint venture supporting organizations across the TSX 100.
Amin is an APMG certified Artificial Intelligence trainer and provides advisory services in machine learning, artificial intelligence, Web3, blockchain, decentralized finance, smart contract risk assessments, compliance and regulatory matters, and cryptocurrency exchange operations.
Amin holds a Global Professional Master of Laws in Innovation, Law & Technology from the University of Toronto and an Applied Data Science specialization from Columbia University, complementing extensive certifications and industry credentials.
