Anthony Pagano
Overview
Anthony is a seasoned leader and strategic advisor with over three decades of global experience in the financial services industry. He advises established companies and emerging growth businesses at all stages of their business life cycle.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, Anthony served as Royal Bank of Canada’s Chief Counsel – M&A, where he led the legal and regulatory aspects of numerous complex transactions in multiple jurisdictions.
Anthony previously served as General Counsel at Finaptic Technologies Inc., a state-of-the-art banking-as-a-service (BaaS) business.
Anthony has received numerous awards and been recognized in Canada and internationally for his business expertise, collaborative approach and track record of successful transactions. He has also been named on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist which recognizes the top 100 influential and innovative legal counsel in Canada.
Anthony is actively involved in volunteer work, having served on the board of directors of St. George’s Golf Club. Wellspring and the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO).
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
