Anthony is counsel at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.

 

Anthony is an accomplished leader and strategic advisor with three decades of experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive global expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments, strategic alliances and commercial arrangements. As Royal Bank of Canada’s Chief Counsel – M&A, Anthony was responsible for successfully leading the legal and regulatory work for numerous complex transactions in multiple countries (including Canada, the U.S., the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin and South America, Hong Kong, China, the Caribbean and Israel) which produced significant enterprise and shareholder value.

 

Anthony has also served as General Counsel at Finaptic Technologies Inc., a state-of-the-art banking-as-a-service (BaaS) platform enabling businesses to offer a full range of banking products to its customers.

 

Anthony has received awards and been recognized in Canada and internationally for his business expertise, the ability to work collaboratively and a track record of successful transactions. He is also recognized on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist’s prestigious list of top 100 influential and innovative legal counsel in Canada.

 

As Counsel, Anthony provides advice and guidance to emerging and high growth companies as well as established companies seeking to accelerate their growth and expansion.

 

Anthony is also actively involved in volunteer work, currently sitting on the St. George’s Golf and Country Club board, having previously served on the Wellspring and Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) boards.

 

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
