Daniel Lupinacci
Overview
Daniel is a lawyer whose practice focuses on banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience as counsel to both borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including asset-based loans, private acquisition financings, debt and structured financings, and leveraged buyouts.
Before joining the firm, Daniel was an associate in the Toronto office of a large national law firm. Prior to that, he was Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he was involved in the oversight of board of directors and audit committee matters.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Prior to entering law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Economics from the McMaster University Faculty of Commerce.
