Ella Rowley
Overview
Ella is a lawyer practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and tax. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and articled with the firm in 2024–2025.
Ella completed her Juris Doctor at Queen’s University.
During her studies at Queen’s University, Ella was a member of the Securities Law Club and, in her third year, she worked as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic. Ella was awarded the Heenan Blaikie LLP Scholarship for the best upper-year paper, and she won the Canadian Tax Foundation’s student paper prize for her paper on the updated mandatory disclosure rules.
Outside of law, Ella enjoys being active by playing tennis and walking her dog.
