Overview

Ella is a lawyer practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Ella first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and articled with the firm in 2024-2025.

Ella completed the Juris Doctor program at Queen’s University.

Alongside her studies at Queen’s, Ella was a member of the Securities Law Club and, during her third year of legal studies, she worked as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic.

Outside of law, Ella enjoys being active by playing tennis, walking her dog, and doing yoga.
