Gayathri Balaratnam
Overview
Gayathri is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate practice group who has more than 25 years of experience supporting residential, commercial and condominium real estate transactions, as well as financing transactions, across Ontario. She assists clients with purchases, sales, refinancings and private lending matters, managing files from opening through closing and post-closing reporting.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Gayathri gained extensive experience supporting condominium development projects, including occupancy and final closings, deposit administration, project set-up, financing transactions and security registrations.
Gayathri is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills and practical approach to managing complex transactions. She works closely with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, title insurers and municipal authorities to help ensure matters are completed efficiently and accurately.
Gayathri earned her Legal Assistant Diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and her certification in Electronic Registration Software (EREG) from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
