James Oliver
Overview
James Oliver is a lawyer practising in the Banking and Financial Services practice group, with a focus on secured lending and debt transactions. He advises clients on a range of matters, including debt financing transactions and corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, James served as Corporate Counsel at Aviva Canada, where he developed experience negotiating and managing secured lending and corporate transactions, as well as complex commercial agreements. He also advised on insurance regulatory matters.
