Jason Kim
Overview
Jason is a lawyer practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Jason first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and articled with the firm in 2024-2025.
Jason completed the combined JD/HBA program at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law and Ivey Business School.
In law school, Jason was a Co-Chair of the East Asian Law Students Association and Vice President of the Western International Law Association. In the fall of 2023, Jason enriched his legal education with an exchange term at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in Lyon, France.
During his undergraduate studies, Jason participated as a fencer on the Western Varsity Fencing Team. He was also an Orientation Leader and pro-bono consultant for various London non-profit organizations.
In his spare time, Jason’s interests include travelling, playing guitar and improving his chess skills.
