John Kutkevicius
Overview
John practises exclusively in the areas of income tax and estate planning. He has extensive experience in a diverse range of income tax matters, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, resource taxation, insurance taxation and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
John is a director of Mandeville Ventures Inc. and formerly served as chair and director of Nevada Silver Corporation. He has also served as a director of a number of junior resource companies, including Chariot Resources Ltd., Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. and Changfeng Energy, Inc.
