John Kutkevicius
Overview
John practises exclusively in the areas of income tax and estate planning. John has extensive experience in diverse areas of the income tax practice including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, resource taxation, insurance taxation and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
John is a director of Mandeville Ventures Inc. and formerly served as chairman and director of Nevada Silver Corporation. He has also been a director of a number of junior resource companies, including Chariot Resources Ltd., Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. and Changfeng Energy, Inc.
