Karla Ledesma
Overview
Karla was called to the bar in June 2026 and will return to the firm as a lawyer in February 2027. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2024 and articled with the firm in 2025–2026.
Karla completed her Juris Doctor at Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she served as co-president of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association, Lincoln Alexander Chapter, as co-lead of the Orientation Committee for the 2026 Class, and as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing.
Prior to attending law school, Karla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University. She speaks two languages: English and Spanish.
Karla spends much of her free time exercising, exploring new Toronto restaurants and travelling.
