Lovejot Bhullar
Overview
Lovejot is a lawyer practising in the firm’s Real Estate group.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce in October 2025, Lovejot practiced at firms in Toronto and Mississauga, where he advised on mid-market commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, leasing, and corporate structuring.
Lovejot is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
Lovejot earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and holds an Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (Honours) from the University of Guelph. His tenure at law school was marked by leadership roles, including President of the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Club and Vice President (Finance) of the Health Law Club. His editorial contributions to the Windsor Intellectual Property and Information Technology journal underline his academic commitment.
In 2023, Lovejot was also a participant in the Ontario Bar Association’s Career Accelerator Program, where a group of early-and mid-career lawyers completed intensive skills training in three emerging areas of law: artificial intelligence, ESG, and fintech.
Outside of law, Lovejot’s interests include weightlifting, reading (especially history and biographies), and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
