Mila Simic

Mila is a lawyer practising in the firm’s Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, commercial leasing and related corporate transactional matters. She supports clients throughout all stages of real estate transactions, from due diligence through to drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, to closing.

Mila joined Wildeboer Dellelce as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the firm during the 2024–2025 articling term before returning as an associate.

She earned her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with distinction, from Toronto Metropolitan University, with a major in Law with a minor in Human Resources. Mila also received an Academic Award of Excellence for her post graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humber College. During her studies, she was involved in supporting startups and emerging businesses through the Business Law Clinic and the Entrepreneurs Club.

Outside of her practice, Mila enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing and hiking, and travelling to new places.
