Sepehr Yousef Pour
Overview
Sepehr is a lawyer practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Sepehr first joined the firm as a summer student in 2023 and articled with the firm in 2024–2025.
Sepehr earned a Dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.
During law school, Sepehr served as class vice president of the Student Bar Association and worked as a student attorney in the International Intellectual Property Law Clinic. He speaks three languages: English, Persian and Arabic.
Outside of work and his studies, Sepehr’s interests include travelling, mastering the guitar and playing fetch with his German Shepherd named Rex.
