Cranson Capital Raises $11 Million for Towncorp – Greenbriar Road Limited Partnership

Towncorp – Greenbriar Road Limited Partnership has completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $11 million. Cranson Capital Securities Inc. acted as agent in connection with the offering. Funds raised in the offering are intended to be used to purchase land at 23-29 Greenbriar Road, to develop a mid-rise condominium building. The property is located in Toronto’s Bayview Village neighbourhood, just south of Sheppard Avenue and East of Bayview Avenue, featuring nearby shopping amenities and walking distance to two subway stations.
